The range of diploma services we offer are stated below:

​Issuing of Initial Diplomas (Certificates)

Due to the fact that we serve a diverse global membership and audience, the board had approved since 1976 that Various Learning Centres and Academies can issue diplomas (certificates) for to their candidates after they had received the final examination and assessment results from us. As our international operating language is English, all diplomas (certificates) must be issued in English Language. Candidates can arrange for the diplomas (certificates) to be translated into the language that is required by their prospective universities, institutions or organizations.

 Alternatives if some candidates want their initial diplomas (certificates) to be issued by the JIEB, this can be arranged, but it will take more time to receive them due to the logistic involve and the processing time frame.

​Lost or damaged certificates

If you have lost or damaged your examination diplomas (certificates) initially issued to you by an approved Learning Centre, you can ask us to search for your records. If we find your results, we’ll send you a certified statement of results. There’s a fee for this service. You can apply for this service by contacting us at: 

​Learning Centres and exams officers

If you are an exams officer, you can find out when your centre will receive the results for the candidates and you can issue the diplomas (certificates) as approved for each exam series and what to do about missing results, corrections and replacements. ​Send your results to a university or employer

If you need to send your results to a university or employer, you can ask us to send them a letter that confirms your results. There’s a fee for this service. You can apply for this service by contacting us at: info@jieb.org 

​Update an original Diploma (Certificate)

If your personal information (For example, name or date of birth) is wrong on your original exam Diploma (certificate), you can ask your issuing Learning Centre to change it, and you can also ask us to update your record with the correct data. There’s a fee for this service. You can apply for this service by contacting us at: info@jieb.org  

Please note that if your certificate was issued by your school or college within the last 12 months, they are responsible for arranging any corrections with us.

​Diploma (Certificate) changes for transgender people

If you have changed your name due to a change in your gender identity, we can provide a replacement diploma (certificate). This service is free of charge.

​Asking for verification of Diploma/Qualification

If you are an academic institution or employer and you need to confirm someone’s results, you can ask us to verify diploma (certificates) that have been issued by us or one of our approved Academies or Learning Centres.
